Wonderful experience in a prime LOCATION

helpful staff clean room ideal proximity

I found the staff to be amazing and very helpful. The room was very clean, and there was no carpet, I liked that. The proximity to shops, restaurants, and gelato was ideal, and a water taxi pickup was right outside.

The keyring was unnecessarily large and heavy. The aircon was noisy, so I turned it off at night, and it was over 30c. The lead on the kettle was short, so I had to boil it next to the bed.

The hotel has easy access to water transport, including a water bus and private water taxi. This service makes transportation very convenient. The hotel offers close proximity to shops, restaurants, and gelato places, this is very convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel sits in a great LOCATION.

The staff are very friendly and willing to prepare anything you might want. The hotel offers luggage storage after check-out, and this is a NICE touch. They were helpful and accommodating to all requests.

mixed feelings about this stay

slow elevator closed terrace

The room i stayed in was disappointing. the elevator operated slowly and occasionally failed, which became a real inconvenience when needing to move luggage. i found this out only upon arrival. It would have been helpful if the hotel had communicated such disruptions beforehand.

The noise from other staff members late at night and early in the morning was disruptive. The mattress was also too firm for my liking and negatively impacted my sleep quality.

The staff was really helpful. Veronica gave us a free upgrade to our room. It was very kind. the location was awesome. Close to the water bus stop makes getting around super easy.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location was very convenient to everything. the staff helped us find nearby restaurants and amenities. Their assistance was appreciated. the room had a lovely view of the canal. i also appreciated the excellent wifi.

My room was quite small, and the shower had a weak stream. the air conditioning unit was noisy. It disrupted sleep. i had to turn it off, even though the room was hot. the kettle cord was too short. It limited placement options.

old facilities poor security

The staff were kind and very helpful. That was acceptable.

The room i booked was not the room i got. It was very different from the photos. the facilities seemed old and the windows weren't proper windows. I felt trapped. security was poor, with easy access from outside directly to the room.
